Most doctors and hospitals do an excellent job in caring for us when we are sick or injured. Every bad outcome in a hospital or with a doctor does not automatically mean the doctor or hospital was negligent. However, there are far too many cases of preventable medical errors that result in very bad outcomes for patients and their families.
Regrettably, patients with lower economic means and patients from ethnic minorities suffer more preventable medical errors–because of the systematic inequalities that exist in our health care system.
We are passionate about helping families that have been victims of medical negligence and view every case as an opportunity to fight the systemic inequalities that exist in the delivery of health care–without regard to economic status or ethnic identify.
